When we sell your property we offer a free pre-sale appraisal which includes our recommendations as to how best to present it for marketing.  A professionally prepared schedule of particulars, with internal and external photographs and attention grabbing floorplans, is submitted for your approval.  Your property will appear on our website by the next business day.

Properties will be advertised in the Tayside Solicitors Property Centre (TSPC), and in its weekly Guide and website, and also on the Scottish Solicitors national website.  To ensure maximum exposure we may also recommend press advertising, as appropriate, and we pass on to clients all discounts and special deals we negotiate.
